RoleSignal is currently in early beta. These terms are intentionally short — if something here doesn’t make sense for how you’re using the product, email us and we’ll sort it out directly.
RoleSignal analyzes publicly available job postings using AI (Anthropic’s Claude models) to help sales teams identify likely buyers at companies that are hiring. We don’t scrape or store anything behind a login wall, and we don’t sell or share the accounts, contacts, or analysis your workspace generates.
You’re responsible for what happens under your account. Don’t share login credentials, don’t use the product to violate a third party’s terms of service, and don’t attempt to circumvent usage limits or reverse-engineer the underlying corpus or models.
Free-tier accounts are limited in signals and AI usage as shown in your Settings page. Paid accounts are billed monthly per seat via Stripe and can be canceled at any time from Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We don’t offer refunds for partial months, but reach out if something went wrong — we’ll make it right.
RoleSignal is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, during this beta period. AI-generated analysis (buyer roles, evidence, outreach angles) is a research aid, not a guarantee — verify anything customer-facing before you send it. We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the product, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be reflected here with an updated date. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
